The BTV could not successfully put on all our amazing events without our even more amazing Committee Chairs! We've created this page for our chairs to provide the tools they need to succeed in planning their event.
Request Volunteer Help - Send an email with the date, time, tasks, etc you need and BTV can create a Sign Up Genius to help fulfill your needs. Alternately, create your own Sign Up Genius and email it to us to share on our social media and web site! We can request help from our community of parents; or for after school events we also can request help from student groups in need of service hours.
Request Flyer Design - Email the BTV with subject line FLYER FAIRY! and we will provide you with contact info for our FLYER FAIRY! Please aim to give our Flyer Fairy 2-3 weeks notice on flyer needs. Please provide the Flyer Fairy with: event name, event date/time/location, any details specific to your event that should be included on the flyer, any creative direction as far as theme/colors/etc.
Request Copies - Email the BTV with subject line COPY CAT! and we will provide you with contact info for our COPY CAT! Please aim to give our Copy Cat a week notice on copy needs. When sending your flyer, you also need to let our Copy Cat know: number of copies needed and to whom to distribute (generally speaking, most copies will be 30 copies to every teacher mailbox unless your event is targeting a smaller group) as well as the date you'd like teachers to pass the copies out.
