President

The president presides over all board meetings and general meetings. They coordinate and oversee the work of the board; ensuring projects, activities, and events take place as planned. The communicate with the principal and vic principal regarding BTV activities. They attend BTV events to the degree possible. 

Vice President

The Vice President oversees the operation and updating of Membership Toolkit. They update and ensure all pertinent information is on each page, and they create registration forms and oversee registration for all events and activities of the BTV. They act as an aide to the President and step in for the President as needed. They attend BTV events to the degree possible. 

Finance Trustee 

The Finance Trustee ensures the budget is in order and audited annually. They provide a report at each general meeting regarding the status of the budget and if any allocations are needed. They check payments received via Membership Toolkit for all events. They attend BTV events to the degree possible. 

Secretary 

The Secretary records meeting minutes at every board and general meeting of the BTV. They circulate an attendance sheet at each general meeting. They are responsible for communications via Facebook, Remind, emails, or any electronic mediums regarding all BTV events and activities. They communicate with teachers about the plans and activities of the BTV, so they can be aware as well as share information with parents. They are authorized to sign checks on behalf of the BTV. The attend BTV events to the degree possible.

Treasurer 

The Treasurer receives all monies for the organization and keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures. They designate at least one board member to be responsible for cash at BTV events. They are authorized to sign checks on behalf of the BTV. They attend BTV events to the degree possible. 

Fundraiser Coordinator

The Fundraiser Coordinator coordinates and oversees the work of committee chairs; ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and budget needed to put on their event. They act as a liaison between the BTV and committee chairs/committees. They are responsible for follow up communication at the end of each event to get feedback and be able to provide information on running the event to future committee chairs. They attend BTV events to the degree possible.
